PRIVATE LESSONS & INSTRUCTION
PRIVATE SUNFISH LESSONS
Sunfish Sailboats provide a great catalyst for anyone wanting to learn how to sail. These boats are small one or two person boats that are easy to handle while still allowing the user to learn the finer points of sailing.
- Cost: $20 Hour (minimum of 3 hrs required)
- Time: Recommended 6 hours minimum. Time can be spread over more than one day. Additional hours available upon request.
- Maximum of 6 people.
- Ages: 12 and up. Youth between the ages of 12-15 will be required to have an adult aboard
PRIVATE DAYSAILER LESSONS
The next step up from a sunfish, a daysailor is usually 15-20ft in length, has a cockpit for 2-4 people and allows students to advance their sailing knowledge.
- Cost: $50 Hour (minimum of 3hrs required_
- Time: Total of 6 hours in lessons, split up in 1-2 days - max 4 people $100 per person
- Ages 14 and up
420 RACING LESSONS
Must have completed sailing school via US SAILING, ASA, or private lessons with the Sea Base.
$20 per hour.
- Minumum 4 hours.
- max 4 people.
PRIVATE KAYAKING LESSONS
- Learn the basics of sea kayaking or continue to improve your skills.
- Cost: $20 per hour
- Time: Minimum of 2hrs required
