All participants for any program at the Pamlico Sea Base must be currently registered with the Boy Scouts of America.  Participants must be at least 14 years old by the date of attendance or have completed the 8th grade and be 13 yrs old.

All participants will be required to pass the BSA swim test as a Swimmer by a certified BSA Lifeguard, Red Cross Lifeguard, or Red Cross WSI. Swim test may be completed before your arrival at camp.

All participants will be required to read, carefully review, and sign the HOLD HARMLESS/RELEASE AGREEMENT provided by the Sea Base.  Participants under the age of 18 are required to have their guardians signature.
