IRON MAN

WHAT IS IRON MAN? Iron Man is a week long multi-sport trek crossing through eastern North Carolina. Participants will cycle and sea kayak through scenic back roads, national forest, historic towns and a national seashore. Why spend the week stuck at a summer camp, hop on a bike, paddle a kayak and see what awaits. The activities involved in Iron Man can fit the needs of all your crew participants no matter what their strengths and weaknesses are. A youth who is not a strong cyclist may be a strong kayaker and so on.
